Mike van Veen became fascinated by x-ray photography. It is a unique technology and the results are always unpredictable and generate artistic results that only emerge in the course of the experimental process of exposing objects to different levels of radiation. In 2016, van Veen made the visual images for the World Tour ‘Embrace’ by Armin van Buuren.

Miriam Kruishoop, MK, award-winning film maker and visual artist from Los Angeles investigates cultural stories about the position of minorities in American society. Miriam’s work is strongly influenced by the urban and hip hop culture. The portraits that are exhibited in the exhibition STATE OF MIND, among others, were made after the murder of Nipsey Hussle, rapper from LA, in March 2019.
